While she does not directing any content, is deeply involved in making sure creators have everything they need to shine and share their unique stories.

A lot of time is spent on chatting with VoyeurHouse's creators, getting their feedback, and figuring out how the team can make their lives easier and their content better. Before Pauline made the leap to VoyeurHouse.com she had worked in tech industry, where she describes being knee-deep in developing enterprise solutions and consumer media apps. She'd even once built her own app but it didn’t worked out as planned. The adult industry, with its unique challenges and opportunities, has been a breath of fresh air. One of the more challenging and less memorable experiences has been dealing with media outlets, especially social media platforms. They often penalize the business without warning and take away VH's main channels of communication. This can happen even without solid proof that VoyeurHouse acted against their terms, simply because adult content quite often doesn't align with their taste. It's incredibly frustrating and can severely impact creators and business operations. Fortunately, VoyeurHouse had the support of good lawyers to help navigate these situations, but it remains a significant hurdle.
